EDIT EDIT EDIT: [link] THAT IS THE NEW VERSION I MADE :EDIT EDIT EDIT

A while back :icongin-kusanagi: made a zanpakutou for me. it was Shinmirikigan! *his version [link] * i loved this zanpakutou he made for me. it matches me perfectly. ever since then i have designed many zanpakutou. but not one of them have ever felt right. i kept thinking (if i had a zanpaku in real life..... what would it be?)
well... it doesn't get any closer than shinmirikigan.
it suits me perfectly. so. as a tribute/shout-out to the original. i have taken that design and made a cleaned up color version. the only detail that has been changed is the gaurd.
so, here's to you Pachus Lukos or Gin-Kusanagi or what ever the hell you are calling yourself at the moment. you got it perfect.
you damn psychic.

Nicely done; just a few pointers, though. I made the blade a deep, cobalt blue; you might like that better. Your new guard looks a bit too much like Senbonzakura; you know, Byakuya's Zanpakutou. I've actually been thinking of making this one out of metal, but I'm not quite sure how I'd make the paint or lacquer last.

i dunno why i chaged it. i just had that in my mind. i see how it's a little too similar to byakuya's. i already have a fix for that. i will change it when i get home. still. i'm glad you liked it.
as for the blade color..... i dunno. i'll have to think on that one. i might change it.... that's a tuff one.

just from a balance point of view, i would reccomend taking out the "Pull air from opponents lung or create a vacuum in the opponents body" it seems rather overpowered.

And to think...all it took was a few casually placed nukes to get everyone to cooperate...
:iconbeowulf900:
lol. here we go again. lol.
i need to mention that to pull out the air i have to hold the tip of the blade like an inch from there mouth until i can get a "hold" on all the air and then i rip it out. it's almost impossible unless i have them bound in some way. lol

:icondarkstrings:
ok then. i'm just a bit of a balance freak.

Sorry to throw a wrench into everything here, but the way I originally had it, you'd be able to do it as long as you could either see their chest rise and fall, or the air was humid enough. Just as Kitara could control water she couldn't actually see, as well as manipulate water within an opponent's body, Shinmirikigan can control the airflow within an opponent as long as they're breathing. I kinda wondered how this never occured to Aang, but then again, he *is* a pacifist; Kitara had to get pretty pissed off to pull of what she did.
